I’m an Executive Creative Director and Designer with 20+ years building brands, shows, and campaigns that actually land in culture. I spent over a decade at Paramount Global / MTV, leading teams across global rebrands, show packaging, film campaigns, and live events like the VMAs. The work has been recognized by the Art Directors Club, One Show, D&AD, the Clios, and others.

These days I run It’s just Thomas, a focused studio practice where I bring that same senior level thinking to projects of all sizes. I lead and I execute. I work with brands, agencies, and entertainment companies that want both strategy and craft, not one or the other.
